Kymdan is a private company (not state-run), it operates in the model of Parent / Subsidiary Company and has been privatized since 1999. The company has not been floated on the stock market. Kymdan has a factory located in the North-West Industrial Park of Cuchi District (11 hectares wide). Kymdan’s 2^nd business enterprise is - Export garment enterprise and Interior furniture production. Kymdan has 3 branch companies outside the country, 6 branches domestic branches, 46 shops and more than 527 agents. Kymdan Cu Chi Factory (11 hectares)

KYMDAN Company was equitized by early 1999. KYMDAN made investment in the 100% new construction of a production factory of 4 ha large in the Industrial Park in the North West of Cu Chi by early 2000, thanks to the capital of its shareholders. The project was put into operation by the end of 2000.

In 2001, KYMDAN continued making investment to further expand its factory to 2 ha more to increase its production capability.

Early 2007, KYMDAN continue making investment to expand its factory to 5 ha more to meet the increasing demand of the local and international markets in the coming period (See the development chart). Total area of the present Factory is enhanced up to 11 ha.
